This murder occurred in the state of North Carolina. Oxygen describes
this episode of Snapped as Monique Berkley, her young lover, and her
stepdaughter's boyfriend are behind the December 2005 shooting death
of her husband, a Navy reservist.
She made a guilty plea of first-degree murder, sentencing her to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
