Snapped Linda Henning and Girly Chew Hossencofft

Status: In season 6, episode 15 the murder of her lover's wife, Girly Chew Hossencofft by Linda Henning is shown. This murder occurred in the state of New Mexico. Oxygen describes this episode of Snapped as Linda Henning was a fashion designer who fell under the spell of a conman, and ended up being charged with the September 1999 murder of his wife. The  underlying  criminal  proceeding  involved  the  disappearance  of  Girly  ChewHossencofft (“Girly Chew” or “Girly”) on September 9, 1999, and her unfortunate death.  She waslast seen on September 9th at a little after 5 p.m., at an Albuquerque, New Mexico Bank of America,where she worked as a teller.   She worked at Bank of America since 1997 and was considered anexceptional and efficient employee. Snapped Terri Gilbert and Gene Gilbert

Status: Acquitted In Oxygen's Snapped, Season 2, episode 5 the story of her husband Gene, the Albuquerque County commissioner and Terri Gilbert is shown. This happens in the state of New Mexico. Oxygen describes this show as: Terri Gilbert is accused of shooting her husband Gene, the Albuquerque County commissioner, to death in her home in August 1996, but she claimed self-defense in the killing.. Terri Gilbert was acquitted.   According to the AP News , A woman who was cleared of wrongdoing after claiming she killed her ex-husband in self-defense in 1974 told police she mistook her current husband for a burglar and fatally shot him.
