Snapped Melissa Cole and Gary Cole

The story of Melissa Cole and her husband, Gary is the subject of Oxygen's Snapped show, season 11, episode 5. Oxygen describes the show as: Melissa Cole is accused of shooting and burning her husband Gary to death to end her abusive marriage in November 2009.

Melissa Cole is she was found guilty of 2nd degree murder, arson and two counts of tampering with evidence. She would receive twenty-one years for the murder; four years for the arson and three years on each of the tampering charges.

There is no dispute that on November 2,2009, the defendant, Melissa R.Cole,shot and illed her husband, Gary B. Cole. Their residence burned to the ground shortly afterward.
