In season 7, episode 28 the murder of her husbands Michael Wallace, David Castor by Stacey Castor is shown. This murder occurred in the state of New York. Oxygen describes this episode of Snapped as Stacey Castor poisons her husbands with antifreeze in January 2000 and August 2005 and tries to frame her daughter by trying to kill her & writing a suicide note.



Stacey Castor is sentenced her to the maximum of 25 years to life for the murder of David Castor, and to another 25 years for the attempt to kill Ashley.[15][20] For forging David's will, he ordered Castor to serve an additional 1​1⁄3 to four years in prison.

The evidence established that defendant was the personal representative of the estate (see Castor v Pulaski, 117 AD3d 1552, 1553-1554), and that the attorney's representation of her was only with respect to her role as personal representative of the estate. The attorney testified that at no time did he know that defendant was a suspect in decedent's death, which he believed to have been a suicide; that he identified himself as the attorney for decedent's estate in his communications with the police; and that he would not have given defendant advice related to a criminal investigation because to do so would be a conflict of interest with his role as the attorney for the estate. It is well established that, although "an attorney-client relationship formed in one criminal matter may sometimes bar questioning in another matter in the absence of counsel . . . , a relationship formed in a civil matter is not entitled to the same deference"
