Snapped Shawna Nelson and Heather Garraus

In season 6, episode 25 the murder of her lover's wife Heather Garraus by Shawna Nelson is shown. This murder occurred in the state of Colorado. Oxygen describes this episode of Snapped as Shawna Nelson was a 911 dispatcher who shot her lover's wife Heather Garraus in the parking lot of her workplace in January 2007



Shawna Nelson was convicted and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.

At the end of the day, never make anyone tell you more then once (man or woman) that they do not want you. Sex is fun. Sex with no strings attached is easier then marital sex because there aren't the same underlying issues and chances are if issues arise, the affair will end. Never think because a married person is willng to sleep with you, that they are committed or willing to divorce.

Shawna's children are being raised by her ex husband, including the one fathered by Ignacio.

Snapped Joan Shannon and Army Maj. David Shannon

Status: Incarcerated In Oxygen's Snapped, Season 4, episode 13 the story of her husband Army Maj. David Shannon and Joan Shannon is shown. This happens in the state of North Carolina. Oxygen describes this show as: Joan Shannon solicits her daughter Elizabeth in the July 2002 shooting death of her husband David, a soldier. Joan Shannon was convicted of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder.
