Snapped Nicole Abusharif

On Oxygen's Snapped, Season 9, Episode 15 the story of the murder of her lesbian lover, Becky Klein by Nicole Abusharif is shown. The show is described as Nicole Abusharif is accused of suffocating her lesbian lover, Becky Klein, dumping her body in the trunk of her car, then going on a date with another woman in March 2007.

This happened in Illinois.

Nicole Abusharif was Sentenced to 50 years in prison without parole on July 27, 2009

The appeal includes:  A jury trial commenced on April 20, 2009.  At trial, Melanie Baldridge testified that she wasthe victim’s sister.  The defendant was the victim’s partner and was treated as a member of thefamily.  The victim and the defendant had lived together since 2001.  The victim and the defendanthad purchased the house in Villa Park and moved in about nine  months  prior  to  the  murder.    InMarch 2002, the victim told Baldridge that she wanted to break up with the defendant.  When thevictim discussed the issue with the defendant, the defendant threatened to drink herself to death.Thereafter, the victim decided to remain with the defendant.  Baldridge testified that, other than thatincident, she was not aware of any other disagreements between the victim and the defendant.

When writing, keep in mind she told MANY lies during the course of their relationship including that she was a 9/11 first responded in NYC on 9/11.
