The show is described as Jennifer Bowen did not want her ex-husband, John David Blattner, to receive custody of her daughter, so she recruits her new husband Kevin into shooting him in March 2009.

This happened in Texas.

Jennifer Bowen plead guilty, and was sentenced to 40 years. Charles Kevin Bowen also plead guilty to murder and was sentenced to prison.

Oxygen describes this show as: Joan Shannon solicits her daughter Elizabeth in the July 2002 shooting death of her husband David, a soldier. Joan Shannon was convicted of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder.
