The story of Jackie Postma and her husband, Edward Postma is the subject of Oxygen's Snapped show, season 11, episode 12. Oxygen describes the show as: Jackie Postma's affair with a man named Micheal Cordes leads to the murder of her husband in August 2000 in a convenience store parking lot.

The State charged Jacquelyn Postma with thefirst degree murder, as a principal. At trial, Jacquelyn presented substantial evidence establishing that she conspired with her boyfriend for him to beat up her husband. When her boyfriend met he independently and without Jacquelyn’s knowledge or consent killed her husband. Jacquelyn was not present when this happened.

Jackie Postma is serving life in prison in Florida.
