mother of four murdered; the panic intensifies as the investigation
turns into a case populated by demons, masks and a potential
psychopath on the loose.
The jury found defendant guilty of second degree murder, during the
commission of which he personally used a deadly weapon, and further
found he was legally sane when he committed the crime. The trial court
sentenced defendant to state prison for an indeterminate term of 15
years to life for the murder, plus a consecutive determinate term of one
year for the use of a deadly weapon, and imposed other orders.
