A jury convicted defendant Angelina Rodriguez of the first degree murder  of her husband, Jose Francisco Rodriguez, under the special circumstances of  murder by administering poison and murder for financial gain, and of one count of attempting to dissuade a witness. 

The murder of her husband JoseFrancisco "Frank" Rodriguez and her infant daughter is depicted in the state of California.
