The story of Amanda Kaur and her husband Ira Kaur, an Air Force Staff Sergeant, is the subject of Oxygen's Snapped show, season 11, episode 1. Oxygen describes the show as: Amanda Kaur is accused of shooting her husband Ira, an Air ForceStaff Sergeant, in November 2010 and staging his death as a suicide.

Amanda Kaur pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, sentenced to 65 years

Snapped Tracey Richter

Status: Incarcerated  On Oxygen's Snapped, Season 9, Episode 9 the story of the murder of her 20-year-old neighbor, Dustin Wehde by Tracey Richter is shown. The show is described as Tracey Richter staged a fake home invasion in December 2001, in which she shot her 20-year-old neighbor, Dustin Wehde, to death in an effort to frame her ex for the crime.. This happened in Iowa. Tracey Richter was convicted and given a life sentence.
